How estimated odds work
TickerDuel estimates the next round from matched, completed 15-minute Kraken rounds in the available history (up to 12 hours). It counts which asset outperformed, excludes ties and missing minutes, and uses a symmetric Beta(10,10) prior to soften small-sample extremes. At least 24 decisive rounds and fresh data are required. These are experimental historical estimates, not calibrated forecasts, tradable quotes, or Polymarket odds. They do not use Polymarket data. Total return is entry divided by the selected probability, with no fees. Entry odds stay fixed; draws return the entry amount. Earlier entries retain their original terms.
Price sources and result timing
Quotes refresh every 15 seconds; minute candles refresh every 30 seconds. Results appear after the final candle is available. Unavailable prices keep results pending; predictions older than the provider’s 12-hour history window are marked unavailable. Records are local to this browser and are not an independently verified public leaderboard. This feed tracks exchange spot prices, not on-chain liquidity or executable odds.
